Branch Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth at the branch level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and supervise the branch sales team
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations
• Identify new business opportunities in the local market

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or sales management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
