Branch Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our branch sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets and managing daily branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve branch sales targets and business goals
• Manage and motivate the sales team
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Monitor branch performance and prepare reports
• Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years of sales experience (preferably in a managerial role)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
