Branch Supervisor

We are a well-established beauty salon with multiple branches across the UAE, committed to delivering exceptional service and luxury experiences to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of the salon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise salon staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and support
• Handle scheduling, attendance, and daily task allocation
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff members
• Manage stock levels, salon supplies, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Support management with reports and sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a salon/spa/beauty industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of beauty salon services and operations
• Flexible and able to work weekends/holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
