We're looking for a motivated Branch Supervisor to take charge of daily restaurant operations and lead a high-performing team. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive under pressure, and know how to bring out the best in people, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Oversee daily branch operations: scheduling, service quality, and cash handling
• Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and keep things running smoothly
• Handle customer feedback with professionalism and drive service improvements
• Support, train, and coach staff to achieve peak performance
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are always met

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years' experience in F&B/restaurant operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
