  • Brand Representation
    Act as the face of DAMAC Properties, embodying the company’s image, values, and luxury lifestyle vision.
    Ensure professional appearance and demeanor at all times in line with the brand standards.
  • Client Engagement
    Greet, welcome, and engage potential clients and investors at showrooms, property launches, and events.
    Provide detailed information about DAMAC projects, features, and investment opportunities.
    Build rapport and establish trust with prospects to create a strong first impression.
  • Sales Support
    Assist the sales team in generating qualified leads by promoting projects to walk-in clients and event visitors.
    Support sales presentations by highlighting unique selling points of DAMAC properties.
    Encourage prospects to book appointments or site visits with sales consultants.
  • Marketing & Promotion
    Represent DAMAC Properties at exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
    Actively promote projects across different customer touchpoints (showrooms, kiosks, luxury events).
    Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Customer Experience
    Deliver a high level of customer service to reflect DAMAC’s premium brand image.
    Answer basic queries and guide clients to the right sales representatives for detailed discussions.
    Collect client feedback and share insights with management to improve brand positioning.
  • Brand Awareness & Market Knowledge
    Stay updated on DAMAC’s latest projects, pricing, offers, and unique selling propositions.
    Understand competitors and market trends to communicate DAMAC’s advantages effectively.
  • Reporting & Coordination
    Provide daily/weekly reports on client interactions, leads generated, and promotional activities.
    Coordinate with sales, marketing, and events teams for smooth execution of brand strategies.
