Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master’s degree (MBA) is a plus. • Proven experience in a marketing or PR leadership role, ideally within a luxury or lifestyle brand. • Certification in digital marketing tools or AI-driven analytics is highly desirable. Requirements
- Experience and Background: The ideal candidate should have solid experience in marketing or public relations, preferably within a luxury, lifestyle, or high-end brand environment. They should be well-versed in building strong brand communities and fostering deep customer loyalty. • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field is required. An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is an added advantage. • Personal Traits: This person should be naturally personable, warm, and approachable, with a talent for relationship-building. A positive, upbeat personality is key, ensuring that every interaction feels welcoming and engaging. • Skills and Competencies: The candidate should be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be detail-oriented and skilled at organizing events and experiences that resonate emotionally with customers. • Language Skills: While not mandatory, proficiency in Arabic would be a strong plus, allowing for deeper engagement with a diverse community.
