Brand Coordinator

Seddiqi Holding is looking for an experienced Brand Coordinator - Mizzen who will be responsible for overseeing delivery coordination and ensuring the timely creation of purchase orders in alignment with inventory needs and BMP planning. They maintain accurate system processes and support overall operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


Stock Control

  • Responsible for sending special orders requests and follow up on deliveries with the suppliers
  • Regularly updates the system on back orders
  • Monitors maintenance issues such as order discrepancies and perform corrections and timely re-entry in the system following detection
  • Files and documents brand related data entries i.e. invoices/ reports etc .
  • Create s products, prices and customers in Cegid
  • Raise s Purchase Orders in the system for brand orders, store orders, customer orders, amenity accounts and transfers
  • Coordinate s with logistics team and make s sure the deliveries to stores are made on time
  • Support s with the completion of all necessary document required from HO side to inbound deliveries (CIF Values, HS codes etc . )
  • Follows up with Retail and Finance team on the status of the annual stock reports adjustments
  • Compiles data and shares with Audit Department as per requirements

Commercial & E-Commerce

  • Ensures prices are correct and maintains regular communication with EPM (Ecomm Product Manager)
  • Format s sales figures reports received from Finance and forward them to the respective management team members

Communication & Administration

  • Maintain s effective, regular, and appropriate communication with colleagues and serves as point of contact between brand principles and corporate teams regarding any stock and delivery related queries
  • Arrang e employee allowance on quarterly basis for Aesop employees
  • Ad hoc administrational and analytical tasks to support BMP within job scope
  • Ensure payments are made in a timely manner
  • Price comparisons of GCC vs brand home territory
  • Support in the business expansion for all mentioned accountabilities
  • Work closely with the retail coordinator to ensure the inquiries of the retail team are attended to in timely manner to meet the customer service standards in Mizzen stores.


In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in retail.
  • 2-3 years of related experience in stock management (Stores and/or Back Office)
  • Strong analytical skills.
