· Contribute to the sales / allocation plans in coordination with the business guidelines, and implement activities as per the agreed plan and carry out necessary measures to achieve the budgets along with the Sales Team.

· Support brand team to drive brand power & creative strategy focus for new category brand

· Execute the annual plan for the brand/s to ensure operations/ sales are conducted within the agreed financial parameters.

· To ensure the adequate availability of the products in the store for sales.

· Allocation of stocks to the respective stores.

· Purchase Order creation.

· Monitor periodically, stock levels available within the company and retail stores and ensuring the support for stock clearance activities

· Support the management during launch plans of new products and implement them through online and retails stores

· Support and Coordinate with Marketing Team for suitable promotions and media campaigns to gain maximum publicity and visibility for the products.

· Prepare weekly / periodic business reports for submission to the Management.

· Inference drawn from report analysis to be shared with Management for improvement of the business.

· Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

· Proactively develops relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Understands interpersonal and group dynamics and reacts in an effective manner.

· Respond to complaints from Accounts / Clients and give after-sales support when requested.

· Inform Accounts / clients of unforeseen delays or problems related to the orders.

Communicate with the Clients/ Suppliers in a clear, compelling, and concise manner.
