We are seeking a Brand
Designer
to join a growing in-house team within the crypto space. This role suits a versatile designer who can bring brand storytelling to life across digital platforms, immersive experiences, and marketing touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging visual assets across mobile applications, websites, editorial, social media, events, and marketing campaigns.

Interpret creative briefs and marketing strategies into impactful, user-centred design solutions.

Develop and maintain brand standards, guidelines, templates, and design systems to ensure consistency across all channels.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs that enhance user experience and brand identity.

Oversee the production and delivery of assets, liaising with external suppliers when required.
Requirements:

3+ years’ experience as a visual designer, brand designer, art director, or in a similar creative role.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred visual design across a range of platforms and formats.

Experience creating brand guidelines and managing visual identity within complex organisations.

Strong skills in typography, layout, and UI design principles for web and mobile.

Knowledge of digital content production, including post-production retouching and editing.

Awareness of social media trends, digital platforms, and motion design for web and social.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint).

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
