POSITION OVERVIEW –Brand Designer
As a member of the Brand Marketing team, you’ll help shape and share the story of a new and energizing global brand. Working closely with teams across the world, you’ll play a key role in elevating and amplifying progress, performance, and path to growth in a dynamic environment.
The Brand Designer supports the development and implementation of a unified, globally recognizable brand — helping to build, innovate, scale, and protect its visual and strategic integrity. In this role, you’ll translate brand strategy into thoughtful, consistent, and visually engaging designs that bring the Client’s mission and purpose to life across every touchpoint.
You’ll partner closely with the Brand Design and Creative Strategy Lead and cross-functional partners in communications, marketing, and business units around the world to ensure the brand is expressed consistently and creatively. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies as a creative collaborator—bringing ideas, inspiration, and visual storytelling across print, digital, experiential, and merchandise channels
  • Contribute to the concepting and design of brand campaigns, presentations, events, and other key initiatives that express the Client’s identity
  • Ensure marketing and communication materials align with the Client’s brand standards and visual identity guidelines
  • Provide brand guidance and feedback to internal teams and external partners, balancing creativity with governance
  • Participate in ideation sessions, offering fresh perspectives that support an evolving, purpose-driven brand
  • Create and maintain brand assets, templates, and governance resources (e.g., guidelines, toolkits)
  • Manage and update Brand Central, ensuring brand tools and resources remain current and accessible
  • Support and optimize the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including onboarding new assets and archiving outdated materials
  • Monitor the Brand mailbox, responding to brand questions and providing digital consultation support
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to manage timelines, approvals, and issue resolution for branded merchandise in a high-volume environment
  • Support the design and coordination of branded event experiences, ensuring consistent and high-quality brand representation
  • Partner closely with creative, marketing, communications, and business teams to evolve and refine the Client’s brand as it continues to grow
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field—or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in brand design, visual communication, or graphic design within a corporate or agency environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint as a design tool
  • Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and digital/print production processes
  • Design is essential to this role—a strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and visual storytelling is required; copywriting experience or interest is a plus

  • Familiarity with browser-based design programs and template creation, such as Canva, is a plus
  • Familiarity with DAM systems and structured file management is a plus
