About the role:
The Director, Brand will define, shape, and scale brand architecture across Veridian’s entire portfolio of existing and future brands, and subsequently expand into new markets. This leader shall assume ownership of the branding and creative vision across all channels, including paid media, web platforms, social engagement, and offline executions, with the objective of ensuring that every consumer interaction reinforces trust, clarity, and emotional resonance.
Furthermore, this role encompasses the leadership of the website, landing pages, messaging frameworks, and creative strategy, alongside the development of a repeatable playbook for the successful execution of new brand development and market launches. The Director, Brand plays a pivotal role in building admired, category-leading home services brands that are effective in driving measurable impact on customer acquisition, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
What you'll do:
Brand Architecture & Strategy

Assume ownership of brand positioning, value propositions, and identity systems for current and prospective brands.

Translate research insights and customer segmentation data to inform messaging and establish creative direction.

Establish and enforce Veridian’s brand governance standards, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Creative Leadership

Direct creative development across all channels, including paid media, web, video, social, print, and in-field content.

Collaborate strategically with external partners and internal contributors to produce high-performing visual and narrative storytelling assets.

Supervise the development of visual assets, including before/after visuals, emotional storytelling narratives, and homeowner testimonial content.
Web & Experience Design

Provide executive direction for website and landing-page design to optimize conversion rates, enhance clarity, and maintain brand consistency.

Liaise with SEO and Growth Operations to ensure content structure and technical performance adhere to established brand guidelines.

Preserve a unified brand voice and aesthetic across all digital assets.
New Brand Development & GTM Playbooks

Develop and maintain a comprehensive playbook for the successful launch of new brands and entry into new markets.

Provide strategic creative direction and architectural frameworks for naming, identity development, core messaging, and market positioning.

Offer rapid creative deployment support to address high-urgency go-to-market requirements.
Cross-Functional Leadership

Maintain close working partnerships with Performance Marketing, Growth Operations, Content, and Call Center functions to ensure departmental alignment and maximize business impact.

Ensure the effectiveness of creative and brand programs is measurably reflected in core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
What we are looking for:

7+ years of experience in brand management, creative direction, or integrated marketing.

Demonstrated experience leading brand development or comprehensive brand repositioning.

Excellence in strategic storytelling, visual communication, and message architecture development.

Proven ability to effectively manage external agency partners and internal creative resources.

Exceptional leadership, refined communication, and demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience within the home services, residential services, or local service brand sectors.

Experience in establishing brands from inception and/or navigating rapid growth environments.

Familiarity with paid media dynamics and the impact of creative assets on lead generation and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
