Brand Executive

Job Title: Brand Executive

Location: Karachi

About the Role

Seeking a creative and data-driven Brand Executive with advertising agency experience and hands-on expertise with AI tools. The ideal candidate will develop and execute brand strategies, campaigns, and digital initiatives that enhance our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Create advertising campaigns for digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on campaign execution.
  • Utilize AI tools for content creation, copywriting, social media insights, and marketing analytics.
  • Monitor brand performance and report key metrics to management.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage creative briefs and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Proven experience in community management, including building, engaging, and moderating online and offline communities.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement and retention.
  • Ability to plan and execute community growth, engagement, and moderation strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Close collaboration with field representatives to gather on-ground insights, validate information, and ensure accurate, timely communication with the community.
  • Assist in brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a branding / advertising agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with campaign management, analytics, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
  • Experience managing end-to-end campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
