Brand Management Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

1. Conduct UAE regional market research and user surveys, and insight into target users’ values and brand attitude changes.

2. Decompose the company’s UAE brand strategic goals and formulate the annual brand promotion strategy for the overseas region.

3. Formulate and implement UAE regional brand promotion plans, including but not limited to brand launches, product launch events, exhibitions and important IP cooperations.

4. Collaborate cross-departmentally with the domestic brand team to ensure regional brand promotion projects align with the company’s overall strategy.

5. Implement localized brand promotion strategies in the UAE to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and cultural customs.

6. Formulate and maintain UAE market brand VI standards to ensure brand consistency in content and visuals.

7. Monitor brand indicators and targetedly improve local brand awareness, preference and loyalty.

8. Build and operate official platforms in the UAE, including regional official websites and social media accounts.

Job Requirements:

1. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in brand and marketing.

2. Work Experience: Priority given to those with 5+ years of background in journalism and communication, advertising or marketing; experience in brand promotion in the UAE local market is required.

3. Competencies: Strong abilities in information collection and sorting, data processing and analysis, research and analysis, report writing; clear logical thinking, expression and strategic planning & management capabilities; excellent cross-departmental/team coordination skills to integrate resources for maximum value; proficient in written and spoken English (working language); skilled in Microsoft Office.
