Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with OceanAir’s vision, values, and business objectives.

Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, marketing materials, and customer interactions.

Monitor market trends and competitors to position OceanAir effectively within the industry.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that enhance brand recognition and engagement.

Oversee content creation, storytelling, and messaging to ensure alignment with OceanAir’s brand identity.

Liaise with the Director of PR and Content to manage public relations efforts to increase brand visibility and positive perception.

Lead digital branding efforts, including advising on website optimization, social media strategy, and online presence enhancement.

Work closely with the tech and digital marketing teams to ensure an optimized customer journey through various online platforms.

Develop partnerships with influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach.

Measure brand performance through key metrics such as brand equity, customer perception, and engagement levels.

Conduct customer research and analyze feedback to continuously refine branding strategies.

Use data-driven insights to enhance brand impact.

Work with internal teams, including operations, human resources, marketing and customer experience, to ensure brand integrity in all areas of the business.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in
Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
