Brand Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with OceanAir’s vision, values, and business objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, marketing materials, and customer interactions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to position OceanAir effectively within the industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that enhance brand recognition and engagement.
  • Oversee content creation, storytelling, and messaging to ensure alignment with OceanAir’s brand identity.
  • Liaise with the Director of PR and Content to manage public relations efforts to increase brand visibility and positive perception.
  • Lead digital branding efforts, including advising on website optimization, social media strategy, and online presence enhancement.
  • Work closely with the tech and digital marketing teams to ensure an optimized customer journey through various online platforms.
  • Develop partnerships with influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach.
  • Measure brand performance through key metrics such as brand equity, customer perception, and engagement levels.
  • Conduct customer research and analyze feedback to continuously refine branding strategies.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance brand impact.
  • Work with internal teams, including operations, human resources, marketing and customer experience, to ensure brand integrity in all areas of the business.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media partners to execute brand initiatives effectively.
  • Support the launch of new destinations, products, and experiences while maintaining brand consistency.


Job Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field .
  • 4+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a similar role .
  • Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights .
  • Experience in digital branding, content marketing, and public relations .
  • Strong knowledge of brand positioning, storytelling, and customer perception strategies .
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and website optimization .
  • Familiarity with SEO, content creation, and performance analytics .
  • Experience in managing influencer collaborations and brand partnerships .
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing brand performance metrics .
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
