Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Brand and Content Strategy Lead to define, manage, and elevate our brand presence across all channels. The role will be responsible for building a strong and consistent brand identity, shaping content strategy, and leading execution to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of branding, and proven expertise in developing impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
- Define, strengthen, and evolve the company’s brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to refine brand strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership to align brand vision with business objectives.
Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop a content roadmap aligned with marketing and organizational goals.
- Lead the creation of compelling, multi-format content (blogs, videos, social, thought leadership, campaigns).
- Optimize content for SEO, lead generation, and audience engagement.
- Oversee content distribution across owned, earned, and paid media channels.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a team of content creators, writers, and designers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, HR, leadership) to ensure unified brand messaging.
- Build relationships with agencies, media, and industry influencers to amplify brand reach.
Analytics & Growth
- Monitor brand perception and track content performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Leverage analytics to optimize campaigns and improve audience targeting.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative storytelling techniques.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 5–12 years of proven experience in brand management, content strategy, or marketing leadership roles Real estate industry brand manager experience more preferred.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and multi-channel content distribution.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under deadlines.
- Creative, analytical, and collaborative mindset with strong business acumen.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
