POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you a strategic brand builder with a passion for the consumer health care industry? Reese Consumer Health is seeking a Brand Manager with deep brand management experience to take our brands to the next level. Reese’s Pinworm is the #1 brand in the category and has a road map for significant growth. Our newly acquired brand, LiceGuard has an ownable point of difference which will transform the category. Reese’s Colotest is the #1 colon cancer FIT test in the category.
The Brand Manager plays a critical role in enabling Reese Consumer Health’s company growth by leveraging consumer insights, digital tools and strategic brand building. The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals, using analytics to drive organic growth.
This position can be either remote or located in our Cleveland, OH Headquarter office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the Brand Strategy: craft and evolve both the First-Aid portfolio and Colotest brand plans and vision to drive long-term growth
- Integrate newly acquired brand, LiceGuard into Reese and unlock its ownable point of difference
- Shape Messaging & Positioning: Translate insights into emotionally compelling and consumption driving communications
- Create and Execute Innovation strategic road map and vision
- Fuel Content & Storytelling: Develop content that tell the brand story to both consumers and health care professionals
- Lead all facets of the marketing mix
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with Regulatory/Quality, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliant, impactful execution
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- MBA with brand specialization preferred
- 5+ years in brand management—preferably with experience in health-focused CPG, Health Care professional experience is a plus
- Strong strategic and analytical acumen, with creative storytelling instincts
- Entrepreneurial leader who will do whatever is necessary to make a difference at Reese
- Occasional business travel

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Frequently sitting for extended periods of time up to 8 hours
- Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, and twisting
- Reading a computer screen or other electronic devices
- Use of various office hand tools or equipment
SCHEDULE DEMANDS:
General schedule is an 8-hour Monday - Friday assignment, however, the employee must be willing to work a flexible schedule including overtime and days that may include early mornings, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so.
LOCATION: Cleveland, Ohio (Candidates outside of the Cleveland Metro Area will be considered for remote work. Candidates within the Cleveland Metro Area will be consider on an on-site basis.)
