About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager (Female) with hands-on experience in the paint or coatings industry. The ideal candidate will lead our brand strategy, digital presence, and marketing performance analytics — driving awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty across both online and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Strategy

  • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels and campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Plan and execute ROI-driven digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Drive website visibility through effective SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Utilize analytics to optimize content and improve engagement and conversions.

Marketing Analytics & Insights

  • Monitor and report on key campaign KPIs to assess performance.
  • Leverage data tools like Google Analytics and automation platforms for insights and improvements.

Content & Communication

  • Lead content creation and brand storytelling across digital and print media.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity, and creative quality.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing goals.
  • Guide and support marketing staff for effective campaign execution.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in brand management within the paint / building materials / construction chemicals industry.

  • Excellent understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, and paid campaigns.

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing / SEO / Analytics is a plus.
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in paint or allied industries.
