Job Description

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to establish and grow dealerships in the UAE.
  • Maintain brand guidelines aligned with the manufacturer to ensure consistent messaging and showroom branding.
  • Serve as the liaison between dealership and manufacturer, adapting global brand direction to local market needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer preferences, particularly for EV adoption.
  • Coordinate the launch of new EV models through planning and organizing showroom activities and events.
  • Collaborate with sales, after-sales, and finance teams to align brand initiatives with dealership goals.
  • Monitor entire lead generation progress on all platforms of digital and social media efforts to support brand presence and lead conversions.
  • Designing and executing comprehensive sales campaigns with a strategic focus on continuously monitoring and analysing competitors’ sales activities and initiatives to ensure a competitive advantage in the market.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in automotive or EV sector.
  • Proven track record of launching new automotive brands/models and executing successful campaigns.
  • knowledge of EV market trends and Chinese automotive brands would be an advantage.
  • Experience managing budgets, ROI, and dealership marketing activities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic and other languages would be an added advantage.
