About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Brand Manager to support the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, and drive market performance within assigned portfolios. The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and key accounts to deliver impactful marketing plans that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Planning

Assist in developing and executing annual marketing and brand plans.

Monitor brand performance, market trends, and consumer insights to recommend strategic initiatives.

Manage allocated budgets and ensure marketing activities align with brand guidelines and financial targets.

Brand Activation & Marketing Execution

Lead promotional campaigns, market activations, and advertising initiatives.

Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to implement marketing activities effectively.

Oversee the procurement and distribution of marketing materials and POSM.

Market Intelligence & Analysis

Conduct competitive analysis, pricing studies, and retail audits.

Prepare brand performance reports and propose action plans to enhance visibility and sales growth.

Customer & Supplier Relations

Maintain regular communication with suppliers regarding brand performance, new opportunities, and market trends.

Support account teams in customer engagement and product launch activities.

Sales Support & Business Growth

Work with Sales Teams to forecast product demand, analyze sales data, and drive market share growth.

Assist in identifying new business opportunities and enhance distribution channels.

Team Coordination & Training

Support training for sales & merchandising teams on brand guidelines, new products, and marketing activities.

Provide guidance to ensure proper execution of brand standards in the market.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is an advantage)

5–7 years of relevant experience in brand management, trade marketing, or FMCG marketing roles

Strong analytical and project management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and marketing reporting tools
