We’re looking for a Brand Manager lead Celsior’s brand storytelling across digital, video, and experiential platforms.
This role combines creative strategy, design coordination, and communication excellence to ensure Celsior’s presence is unified, engaging, and memorable across all internal and external touchpoints — from social media to leadership videos.
You’ll build the voice and visual identity of Celsior across BFSI and Healthcare Tech verticals while working closely with marketing, content, and design team.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Brand Identity & Communication

Build, manage, and strengthen Celsior’s brand identity across website, social media, corporate infrastructure, internal events, and both internal & external communication channels.

Ensure all marketing, HR, and leadership communications follow consistent tone, design, and messaging.

Develop and maintain brand standards — templates, assets, signatures, and visual guides.
🔹 Creative Campaigns & Storytelling

Conceptualize creative campaigns, taglines, and video narratives that align with Celsior’s business and technology offerings.(From Webpages to Campaign Kit)

Lead video storytelling for YouTube and LinkedIn branded series — including interviews, client showcases, culture stories, and innovation spotlights.

Develop short-format videos, brand explainers, and storytelling clips for digital campaigns.

Should be able to guide designers on the expected output
🔹 Digital & Social Presence

Lead Celsior’s social media strategy on LinkedIn, YouTube, and partner platforms

Own the creation and execution of thought-leadership posts, creative videos, and brand awareness campaigns.

Track engagement metrics and optimize content formats for maximum audience resonance.
🔹 Event & Campaign Branding

Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for all event-related creative and branding requirements

Manage design direction for event collaterals, presentations, videos, and stage/booth branding

🔹 Employer Branding & Internal Communication

Lead
employer branding campaigns
such as employee testimonials, culture videos, festive engagement posts, and viral internal campaigns.

Responsible for creating LinkedIn Guidelines- Employees, SMEs, Leaders

Will manage the leadership branding at LinkedIn and helping with Articles/ Thought Process
🔹 Online Reputation Management (ORM)

Monitor and manage Celsior’s
online reputation
across search, social, and review platforms.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in brand representation across all digital listings and directories.
Skills & Experience Required

6+ years in B2B brand marketing, corporate communication, or creative strategy IN B2B space

Proven experience in video storytelling, branded content creation, and social media engagement.

Strong understanding of visual branding, design direction, and messaging for enterprise audiences.

Familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Studio.

Strong project management skills with ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, HR, and Solutioning teams.
