Brand Manager

Have you ever wanted to sit at the intersection of regional brand strategy and local market execution , shaping portfolios that actually move market share? This role does exactly that.


You’ll be the connector between regional marketing, local markets, sales, R&D and factories , guiding portfolio strategy, innovation launches and in-market activation. From shaping the innovation pipeline to ensuring campaigns land with cultural relevance, this role is about turning strategy into performance.


Key focus areas you’ll build depth in:

  • Translating global brand positioning into locally resonant communication and activation
  • Driving market share, SKU penetration and innovation success through close sales and trade collaboration
  • Using Nielsen, EPOS and performance dashboards to guide decisions and ROI
  • Playing a hands-on role in portfolio strategy, NPD launches and category governance


Given the scope and autonomy of the role, we’ll only be able to consider candidates who meet the below:

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG brand, category or portfolio roles with FMCG local or multinational companies
  • Solid experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, factories and agencies
  • High comfort level using Nielsen / EPOS data to track KPIs, market share, SKU rankings and ROI
  • Demonstrated involvement in innovation launches, portfolio management and BTL/ATL execution
