Job Overview
Margin Plus Management is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to oversee the development, positioning, and execution of the company’s brand strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing brand growth, marketing initiatives, and supporting overall business operations, including field-level activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies
- Manage and strengthen brand identity across all communication channels
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support business objectives
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and field activities
- Support operational and business development initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Monitor brand performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and company standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in brand management or marketing leadership roles
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to perform field work as required
