Brand Manager

Brand Manager – Digital CubeRoot

Role Overview

At Digital CubeRoot, we build brands that are strategic, scalable, and performance-aligned. We are looking for a Brand Manager who can lead brand strategy and execution across multiple client accounts — ensuring clarity of positioning, consistency of storytelling, and measurable business impact.

This role bridges strategy, creativity, and execution. You will work closely with design, content, digital strategy, UX, and development teams to ensure brands are not only visually compelling but structurally strong across digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Develop data-informed brand strategies aligned with client growth objectives

Define positioning, messaging architecture, tone of voice, and brand frameworks

Conduct competitive audits and audience insight analysis

Build scalable brand guideline systems for digital-first environments

Support brand evolution and repositioning projects

Integrated Campaign & Digital Alignment

Lead integrated campaign strategy across digital, social, content, web, and CRM touchpoints

Ensure brand consistency across websites, landing pages, e-commerce platforms, and social channels

Collaborate with UX, design, and development teams to translate brand strategy into digital experiences

Align brand strategy with performance goals (without managing media buying directly)

Client Leadership & Growth

Act as the strategic brand lead for assigned client portfolios

Present brand roadmaps, strategic frameworks, and campaign narratives

Translate client business objectives into actionable brand and digital plans

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure retention

Brand Performance & Insights

Monitor brand health metrics (engagement, sentiment, positioning strength, consistency)

Analyze organic and content performance to refine brand direction

Work with performance teams to ensure brand integrity in growth campaigns

Deliver strategic reporting and forward-looking brand recommendations

Creative & Experience Oversight

Guide designers, copywriters, UX teams, and content creators

Ensure visual and verbal consistency across all client touchpoints

Review creative outputs for alignment with strategic positioning

Support brand storytelling across digital platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

4–8 years of experience in branding within a digital or creative agency

Strong understanding of digital ecosystems (web, social, e-commerce)

Ability to connect brand strategy with UX and digital experience

Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data
