Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, product development, and market growth in the competitive apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop brand positioning and long-term strategy

· Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch

· Analyze market trends and consumer behavior

· Lead marketing, digital, and social media campaigns

· Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales performance

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

· 3–8+ years of relevant experience (preferably in activewear/sportswear)

· Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field

· Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

· Knowledge of garment manufacturing & fabric technologies

· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems
