Job Purpose:
Lead and develop the brand strategy for food products to enhance brand awareness, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies in line with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer behavior in the food sector.
- Manage marketing and advertising campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Support new product development and provide recommendations based on market research.
- Track brand performance in terms of sales and market share.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal use of resources.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure products meet customer expectations.
- Build strong relationships with agents, partners, and suppliers to ensure effective product promotion.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the food sector.
- Strong strategic planning and marketing analysis skills.
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities, capable of managing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer needs in the food industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve objectives in a dynamic environment.
