Job Purpose:
Lead and develop the brand strategy for food products to enhance brand awareness, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies in line with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer behavior in the food sector.
  • Manage marketing and advertising campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Support new product development and provide recommendations based on market research.
  • Track brand performance in terms of sales and market share.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure products meet customer expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with agents, partners, and suppliers to ensure effective product promotion.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the food sector.
  • Strong strategic planning and marketing analysis skills.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational abilities, capable of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of market trends and consumer needs in the food industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve objectives in a dynamic environment.
