Brand Manager

. Brand & Product Management

  • Lead end-to-end brand management for the brand across all Company sales channels (Retail, Wholesale, E-Commerce, Export, Corporate, Organised Retail)
  • Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, and product roadmap aligned with Company revenue targets
  • Manage full product lifecycle from concept ideation to launch, pricing, and phase-out
  • Oversee product packaging, branding, compliance, and certification requirements

B. OEM / White-Label Manufacturing

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage OEM/ODM manufacturer relationships (primarily China-based suppliers)
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, production timelines, and quality standards with manufacturers
  • Execute white-label and private-label strategies, ensuring consistent product quality and brand identity
  • Coordinate with manufacturers on product customization, new SKU development, and sample approvals
  • Manage import logistics, customs documentation, and supply chain coordination

C. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the brand revenue in UAE domestic market and export territories
  • Build and manage export pipelines across GCC, Africa, CIS, and other emerging markets
  • Coordinate with COMPANY sales teams to drive sell-through across all channels
  • Manage product P&L, pricing strategy, and margin optimization to meet GP targets
  • Identify new market opportunities, distribution partnerships, and white-label client opportunities

D. Marketing & Go-To-Market

  • Coordinate with the marketing team on product launches, campaigns, catalog development, and digital presence
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions (e.g., CABSAT, GITEX), and industry events
  • Develop sales collateral, product datasheets, and training materials for internal sales teams

E. Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
  • Provide regular reports on brand performance, sales pipeline, inventory health, and market intelligence
  • Track and report on key KPIs including revenue, GP, market share, and channel performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
