Brand Manager – Cosmetics

Job Summary

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing brand strategies that strengthen brand equity, drive market growth, and support business objectives within the cosmetics category. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business goals
  • Own and maintain brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity
  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, PR, and advertising platforms
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends within the cosmetics industry
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, creative teams, and external agencies
  • Manage brand budgets and track return on investment (ROI)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and optimize initiatives accordingly
  • Support product launches and go-to-market strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field)
  • 3–7+ years of experience in brand or marketing management, ideally within cosmetics
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
