Brand Manager
based in
KSA
Role Purpose
The Brand Manager will act as the brand’s on-the-ground representative in Saudi Arabia, managing day-to-day collaboration with the local distributor to ensure flawless brand execution, retail visibility, market development, and commercial oversight. While this role does not hold authority to negotiate commercial terms with the local distributor in KSA, it works closely with the Dubai regional team to align local activities with the broader regional strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Implementation & Market Presence

Ensure the brand strategy, as defined by the Dubai regional office, is fully and consistently executed across the Saudi market

Monitor and enforce adherence to all brand guidelines in retail stores to maintain and elevate brand image

Conduct regular market visits, store audits, and field inspections to assess brand presentation, merchandising, and customer experience

Verify that the distributor has appointed the right sales personnel in appropriate locations, ensuring they are trained and aligned with the brand’s values and objectives
Commercial Oversight

Ensure the distributor develops accurate product forecasts aligned with market demand and regional plans

Monitor and validate distributor stock levels to maintain optimal inventory without overstocking or shortages

Closely track sell-out performance in key retail doors and provide actionable feedback to the distributor and regional team

Support the Dubai team by providing timely data and insights on commercial performance to facilitate informed decision-making
Marketing Activities Execution

Coordinate with the distributor and regional marketing team to deliver engaging customer experiences and flawless execution of all local marketing initiatives including mall podiums, in-store animations, product launches, and events that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning

Monitor the effectiveness and compliance of local marketing campaigns and report on outcomes and areas for improvement
Sales Team Training & Development

Oversee the local training team (dotted line to Dubai training team) and development of the distributor’s dedicated sales team to guarantee deep product knowledge and exceptional customer service

Collaborate with the regional training team to design and implement ongoing training programs and workshops

Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide feedback to improve sales force performance
Reporting & Feedback

Deliver comprehensive reports on brand implementation, market conditions, retail execution, sales team performance, marketing activities, and commercial KPIs to the Dubai office

Build a detailed monthly competition insights report for the Dubai team, analyzing competitor activities and local market trends

Recommend improvement actions based on local trends and competitor analysis to enhance brand performance and market positioning
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline

Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the beauty industry, ideally within luxury or premium brands

Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory

Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian retail and beauty market

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively bridge local and regional teams

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent problem-solving abilities

Collaborative and proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, even without direct commercial authority

Proven experience managing distributor relationships or retail operations without direct commercial authority

Based in Riyadh with willingness to travel locally and regionally
