Position: Brand/Marketing Manager (Online & Offline)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience Required: 6+ Years
Working Days: 5 Days from Office

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead growth for a leading beauty & personal care brand. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the beauty consumer, strong D2C/e-commerce experience, and a passion for building premium brands.

You will be responsible for leading new product development, crafting impactful brand strategies, and executing 360° marketing campaigns across digital, influencer, and experiential platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive brand growth across online, e-commerce, and D2C channels by delivering revenue and market share targets.
  • Lead New Product Development (NPD) in line with the launch calendar, ensuring timely rollouts, competitive pricing, and impactful packaging design.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insight studies to identify trends, triggers, and barriers influencing purchase behavior.
  • Define and implement brand positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies to strengthen competitive advantage.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital, influencer collaborations, experiential marketing, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage social media strategy and content calendar to drive engagement, community building, and brand advocacy.
  • Monitor category trends, competitor activities, and innovations to stay ahead in the dynamic beauty and cosmetics market.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touch points – packaging, communication, events, and retail presence.
  • Plan and execute product launches, beauty events, trade shows, and photo/video shoots to enhance brand visibility.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team across brand, digital marketing, and creative functions to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and design teams to deliver seamless product and campaign rollouts.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness, prepare insights-driven reports, and present recommendations to management.
  • Align internal stakeholders with brand mission, vision, and long-term growth objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 6+ years of brand/marketing experience in beauty, personal care, FMCG, or D2C.
  • Strong background in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Proven success in building premium/lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent understanding of consumer behavior and category dynamics in the beauty space.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,257,213.88 - ₹1,674,708.55 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Brand/Marketing Manager : 5 years (Preferred)
  • Online & Offline Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)
  • beauty, cosmetics, or personal care : 3 years (Preferred)
  • ATL/BTL campaigns : 3 years (Preferred)
  • D2C: 5 years (Preferred)
