The Opportunity


We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager Position, GCC.

Based in Dubai office, in this role you will focus to drive the growth of our leading consumer health business and iconic global brand across GCC region ,driving key strategies and excellent executions of marketing plans and initiatives.


Your core responsibilities are:

  • Support and develop annual brand plans for GCC region.
  • Develop and drive GCC tactical plans and full year activation calendar to drive growth in sales, brand market share and target KPIs.
  • Assist and drive campaign creation, concept development , adaptations and execution of ATL, BTL assets, influencer campaigns , digital assets ,events including meetings, congress participations , and HCP campaigns.
  • Design winning in-store strategies and POSM to achieve category leadership and drive cross functional collaboration & timely execution.
  • Secure all needed internal and external approvals as per company processes , systems and SOPs .
  • Develop and nurture direct KOL relationships, in conjunction with sales team and lead execution of marketing to HCP activities
  • Plan innovative product launches, collaborate and align with cross functional teams regularly
  • Prepare monthly presentations, reports, business updates , sales analysis and market share data analysis , and monthly marketing A&P tracking.
  • Partner with sales team to deliver brand priorities and ensure alignment and flawless execution across the year .
  • Support in development of marketing trainings and annual company meetings.
  • Deliver results with 100% fulfillment of compliance requirements.

About You

To be considered for this role , you should possess not less than 2-3 years of experience in marketing & brand management ,preferably within consumer health sector.

Other Key Requirements for This Role Include:

  • Education background: minimum of Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy , science or marketing , and MBA is preferred
  • Previous experience in UAE or GCC region is required
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Results driven with ‘can- do’ attitude , can work in collaborative way , and perform under pressure.
  • Passionate, creative and self driven brand manager
  • Should have and demonstrate good presentation skills, analytical skills, commercial and financial acumen.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English
