Position: Brand Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Brand Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of brand campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, agency management, and flawless execution, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across digital, social, influencer, and on-ground platforms.
The role requires a strong aesthetic sense, hands-on campaign experience, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute brand campaigns from briefing and ideation to final rollout.

Manage creative agencies, production houses, photographers, and other external partners.

Lead and coordinate photoshoots, films, and campaign productions across pre-production, production, and post-production stages.

Own and monitor all creative outputs from the brand team, ensuring quality and brand consistency.

Review and approve social media creatives, campaign assets, and influencer content before publishing.

Collaborate closely with the design team to brief requirements and review executions.

Work with the digital marketing team to ensure creative alignment across paid media, social media, and performance channels.

Manage influencer shoots and brand collaborations in line with brand tone and guidelines.

Conceptualize and support on-ground brand activations and visibility initiatives.

Supervise and guide one brand team member, ensuring task clarity and timely delivery.
Key Requirements

4–6 years of experience in brand management, advertising, or integrated marketing roles.

Strong understanding of creative development, brand storytelling, and consumer communication.

Proven experience working with creative agencies and production partners.

Excellent coordination, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong eye for detail and aesthetics, especially within fashion, lifestyle, or youth-focused categories.

Good understanding of digital platforms, social media formats, and influencer marketing.

Clear communication and collaboration skills.

Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects for reviewing and making basic edits to creative assets.
