  • Coordinate sales strategy with the Brand Manager
  • Responsible for promoting Beauty & Fragrance Brand within the company framework, objective and strategy
  • Maintain efficiencies and cost-effectiveness in all aspects of operations in the area.
  • Analyze the sales achievement on monthly basis and take appropriate decision to improve in coordination with the General Manager – Beauty & Fragrance / Brand Manager.
  • Plan for the development of the Brand in the local market.
  • Initiate efforts to liquidate the discontinued stocks and device strategies in coordination with the Brand Manager to push the same.
  • Monitors the sales targets achievement in coordination with the Brand Manager
  • Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly with colleagues to achieve the Brand objective
  • Ensure that the brand corners are maintained in a clean and neat manner, ensuring that brand products and packaging are fresh, clean and attractive
  • Look for new business revenues in the industry and to keep the General Manager–Beauty & Fragrance / Brand Manager informed about this.
  • Keep track of the competitor’s activities in the market.
  • Negotiate with the dealers regarding the space of the brands (identify counters).
