Brand, Marketing & Communications Intern

Location: Goa (On-site)
Working: 5 Days a Week
Duration: 4 Months Internship

Reports to: COS | Works Closely with Founder & Ops Teams

You will not be “just posting content.”

You will learn how brands are built from the inside — how storytelling drives bookings, trust, pricing power, and long-term brand equity.

This is a hands-on crash course in modern brand building across hospitality, real estate, and food ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation & Social Execution

- Capture photo and video content at properties, sites, events

- Assist in reels, stories, posts, captions and edits

- Maintain posting schedules and asset folders

- Track engagement, reach and content performance

You’ll learn how attention converts into business.

Brand Voice & Communication

- Draft captions, emailers, listings, brochures and website copy

- Maintain tone consistency across all channels

- Help translate Founder vision into clear messaging

- You’ll learn how language shapes perception and trust.

Marketing Operations:

- Track leads, inquiries and campaign outcomes

- Maintain simple marketing dashboards

- Support reporting to COS and Founder

Marketing here is measured — not vibes only.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

- Coordinate with operations to capture real guest experiences

- Align with strategy for campaign narratives

- Support launches, announcements and collaborations

You’ll see how brand touches every function.

Who Should Apply
We want someone who is:

- Curious about hospitality, lifestyle and consumer brands

- Comfortable creating content in real environments

- Organized with follow-ups and execution

- Not fragile about feedback

- Tech comfortable (Google Docs, Canva, basic editing tools)

Degree matters less than hunger and discipline.
