Core Responsibilities & Requirements
1. Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies for multiple F&B concepts in alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee brand identity, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
2. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing clear direction, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Design, Finance) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to deliver campaigns effectively.
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and implement seasonal campaigns, launches, PR initiatives, and offline activations to drive awareness and footfall.
- Manage digital and social media campaigns, including content calendars, community engagement, SEO, SEM, and paid media.
- Coordinate with aggregator platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem) to maximize brand visibility and promotions.
4. Content & Creative Direction
- Lead content creation (photography, copywriting, visuals) to support brand storytelling and promotional activities.
- Brief design teams and creative agencies to produce on-brand assets for campaigns and events.
5. PR, Media & Influencer Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and PR partners to secure positive coverage and collaborations.
- Oversee press releases, brand stories, and event publicity.
6. Analytics, Reporting & Budgeting
- Track performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversions) and produce regular reports for management review.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum campaign impact.
