Brand Marketing Manager - International Markets - CTC Upto 45 LPA

We are currently hiring for "Senior Brand Marketing Manager" with a leading B2C startup based out in Mumbai.


Job Description:-

  • Big, emotional brand campaigns—from insight to execution
  • Social-first ideas that build culture and community (not just likes)
  • Lead the charge on Customer Acquisition, Search Volumes, Share of Voice (SOV), Share of Experience (SOE) — and brand love metrics like Awareness, Consideration, and Affinity.
  • More than just brand love — you’ll influence Revenue, Retention, and Engagement through powerful storytelling and smart targeting
  • Collaborate with media agencies to plan and launch campaigns across Digital, TV, OTT,OOH — wherever our audience lives, you’ll be there (with style).
  • Evaluate campaign performance at both market and segment level. Know what’s working, what’s not, and why — then optimize for impact.
  • GTM plans for key launches and cultural moments
  • Consistent brand voice across platforms—from ads to Instagram captions
  • A pulse on what’s trending—reels, rituals, and everything in between.


What You Bring

  • 4–7 years of experience in handling International market at a high-impact consumer, D2C, or digital-first company
  • At least one 3-year+ stint —we value stability and long-term thinking
  • Strong creative instincts—with the ability to brief, shape, and ship bold ideas
  • Proven experience leading integrated campaigns (TVC, digital, social, influencer, branded content)
  • Deep understanding of Indian consumers, culture, and context
  • Ability to extract and analyse data to inform sharper storytelling and campaign strategy
  • A love for storytelling, a respect for insight, and an obsession with craft.
