Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & Reporting

Plan and execute
driver/supply marketing campaigns
across In-App, WhatsApp, IVR, SMS, and Email.

Own CLM execution with
reporting on key metrics
to measure campaign effectiveness.

Coordinate with
city teams and cluster heads
to ensure compliance with regional regulations.
2. Category Marketing
-
Manage day-to-day
communication strategy for Bike Taxi, Auto, and Cabs
.
-
Deliver consistent messaging across all supply channels to enhance engagement and retention.
3. CLM Management
-
Manage and optimize
driver app communications
, ensuring relevant, timely updates and nudges.
-
Create and execute
customer app communication
(PNs, WhatsApp, Email, SMS).
4. Content & Copy
-
Write crisp, impactful content in
Hindi & English
for CLM campaigns and social media.
-
Manage
translations/adaptations
ensuring language accuracy and brand tone.
5. Tools & Tech
-
Work hands-on with CLM platforms such as
MoEngage, CleverTap
, and HTML-based templates.
6. Creative & Agency Management
-
Collaborate with agencies to develop high-quality
statics, videos, GIFs, and campaign assets
.

Ensure creative outputs are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
7. Social Media & Community Building
-
Ideate and execute creative strategies to grow driver community engagement on
social media handles
.

Drive awareness and following through
contests, influencer tie-ups, and UGC content
.
Requirements
-
2–4 years of experience in
brand / digital / supply marketing
.

Strong
copywriting skills
, with fluency in Hindi (spoken & written).

Hands-on experience with
MoEngage, CleverTap
, or similar CLM tools.

Ability to work with
HTML-based templates
for campaign deployment.

Strong project management and
agency coordination skills

Creative mindset with an eye for
social media ideas and engagement strategies
