About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Brand Promoters to join our team at Lulu Hypermarkets, Bangalore. As a Brand Promoter, you will be the face of our brand — engaging with customers, promoting products, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to promote products and create brand awareness
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage
• Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions
• Achieve sales targets and report on customer feedback
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, confident, and approachable personality
• Prior experience in retail or promotions is preferred but not mandatory
• Flexible to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Energetic and goal-driven mindset
