Job Description: Brand Specialist

Salary: AED 12,500 (Net)
Location: UAE

Role Overview

The Brand Specialist will support a wide range of brand initiatives, including influencer campaigns, seasonal launches, social media engagement, and on-ground activations. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams (content, media, design, growth) and external partners (agencies, creators, event vendors) to bring the brand to life across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Execution & Support

  • Assist in planning and executing seasonal, thematic, and product-specific brand campaigns.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and planned activations.
  • Track campaign timelines, budgets, and overall performance.

2. Influencer Partnerships

  • Identify and evaluate relevant influencers for campaigns.
  • Coordinate influencer briefs, content schedules, and deliverables.
  • Track influencer performance and provide optimization recommendations.

3. Social Media Engagement

  • Work closely with the social/content teams to track engagement, interactions, and sentiment.
  • Monitor market and cultural trends to identify campaign and content opportunities.

4. On-Ground & Offline Activations

  • Support planning and execution of brand awareness and promotional activations.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to deliver impactful, on-brand experiences.

5. Brand Equity Monitoring

  • Monitor brand sentiment across platforms.
  • Ensure consistency of brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all touchpoints.

6. PR & Media Coverage

  • Collaborate with PR teams to identify press coverage opportunities.
  • Support the development of press releases, media kits, and related materials.
  • Track earned media value, impressions, and PR results.

7. Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, influencer effectiveness, and social engagement.
  • Provide insights to guide future planning and brand strategy.

Key KPIs

  • Influencer campaigns: Cost per engagement, reach, ROI.
  • Brand/seasonal campaigns: Budget efficiency and performance vs. goals.
  • Social media: Engagement rate, sentiment score.
  • Brand equity: Perception lift, share of voice, brand recall.
  • Offline activations: Footfall, leads, sign-ups.
  • PR: Earned coverage, impressions, media value.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE marketing landscape; familiarity with the UAE toy industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a flexible, collaborative approach.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong negotiation and assertiveness skills across all levels of interaction.
  • Excellent project and program management skills, with a focus on execution and performance measurement.
  • Ability to initiate, drive, and complete projects independently with minimal guidance.
  • Capable of managing creative production for marketing materials (collateral, presentations, websites, videos, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,500.00 per month
