You will be hands-on from day one. One week you could be building a pitch presentation that wins a new client, the next you might be overseeing the rollout of a new brand identity, and the following week you could be leading an AI-driven creative initiative.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute brand strategies that elevate positioning, storytelling, and visual identity across multiple projects and industries.

Drive pre-sales brand work by creating powerful pitch decks, proposals, and visual narratives that inspire confidence and win business.

Lead the creation and management of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across campaigns, channels, and stakeholders.

Plan and deliver brand campaigns, product launches, and market activations from concept through execution.

Oversee ongoing brand execution for clients, managing creative output, digital presence, and partner or vendor alignment.

Use prompt engineering and advanced AI tools to streamline creative processes, enhance output, and explore new branding possibilities.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy and keep our brands ahead of the curve.

Work on strategic initiatives that extend beyond marketing by collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to influence business direction.

What You Bring

4 to 5 years in brand strategy, marketing, or creative brand management.

Proven experience managing multiple brands or complex projects at once.

Strong design and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Excellent usage and on-hand knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-driven creative tools, with a passion for exploring new ways AI can enhance branding.

Ability to create and implement brand guidelines, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Exceptional writing and communication skills to tell stories that resonate.

Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, SEO, and analytics.

Comfort in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Experience in retail, technology, e-commerce, or customer engagement is a plus.
