We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Strategist to join our dynamic team. You will be the architect of our brand's voice and vision, responsible for driving growth through integrated strategies, compelling storytelling, and data-driven insights. You will collaborate across functions to build a loyal community, enhance brand visibility, and ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Market Positioning
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market position and drive long-term growth.
- Create and manage marketing plans for product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Define and safeguard the brand voice, ensuring consistency across all channels and content.
Partnership & Collaboration Management
- Identify, approach, and cultivate strategic, long-term partnerships and influencer relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams to ensure seamless execution of joint campaigns and initiatives.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and implement a holistic content strategy (blogs, website, social media, email, video scripts) aligned with SEO goals to boost organic traffic and engagement.
- Research, write, and edit high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Optimize existing content for conversions and search performance.
Digital Marketing & Community Building
- Plan and execute the digital marketing and content distribution strategy across social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp/Telegram), email, and other digital channels.
- Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and actively engage with the online community.
- Conceptualize and oversee the creation of multimedia content (with designers/developers) that meets brand standards.
- Build brand presence and community by increasing social media engagement and reach.
- Manage paid social campaigns to amplify high-performing content.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SEO principles, social media management, and digital analytics tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered SEO/marketing tools.
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in building online communities and influencer networks.
