We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Employer Branding Intern to help us showcase what it’s like to work at Dubizzle Labs. This role will give you hands-on exposure to content creation, employer branding campaigns, workplace culture initiatives, and talent marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build our employer brand

Help promote Dubizzle Labs as a great place to work through creative campaigns and initiatives.

Work closely with the HR and Marketing teams on branding ideas.
Create engaging content

Assist in creating posts for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Help develop content like employee spotlights, office culture posts, and short videos.

Design simple graphics and visuals for branding campaigns.
Support events & engagement

Assist in organizing career fairs, university engagement activities, and internal events.

Capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content during events.
Track impact

Help monitor social media engagement and campaign performance.

Research trends in employer branding and share new ideas with the team.
Who Should Apply

Are recently graduated in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field

Enjoy social media, content creation, and creative storytelling

Have good communication and writing skills
