Position Overview:
The Branding Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong brand identity across all platforms. This role ensures that the brand’s voice, visual elements, and messaging are consistent and resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines for tone, design, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor branding strategies.
  • Manage brand-related campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Oversee visual identity across digital and print media.
  • Conduct brand audits and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or design.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and digital marketing platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with social media branding and content creation.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital analytics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $59,911.43 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
