Bread Maker- Nan Maker

Job Title:

Bread & Naan Maker – Labour Camp / Company Kitchen

Job Purpose:

To prepare fresh roti, chapati, paratha, and naan for labour/staff meals in large quantities, ensuring quality, taste, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook daily roti, chapati, paratha, and naan in large quantities for staff/labour meals.
  • Operate tandoor/oven and maintain it in proper working condition.
  • Knead and prepare dough daily according to meal requirements.
  • Maintain the consistency, softness, and freshness of bread items.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of utensils, tandoor, and kitchen area.
  • Plan and manage flour and related ingredient stock to avoid shortages.
  • Work with cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation.
  • Follow food safety, health, and hygiene standards.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven skill in tandoor operations (naan, roti, paratha, etc.).
  • Ability to produce bread in large quantities (batch preparation).
  • Knowledge of traditional Pakistani bread-making methods.
  • Stamina to work in a hot kitchen/tandoor environment.
  • Team player and time management skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Naan/Bread Maker (labour camp, mess, or restaurant experience preferred).
  • Specialization in Pakistani bread-making techniques.
  • Basic communication in Urdu/Hindi (English/Arabic is a plus).

Salary Range:

  • AED 1,000 – 1,500 (depending on experience).
  • Food, accommodation, and transportation provided by the company as per UAElabour law.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
