Breakfast Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items to guests in a warm and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring that our guests start their day with a delightful breakfast experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with food safety standards.
• Cook various breakfast dishes, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service hours.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and cooking appliances.
• Manage the Aloha POS system for tracking guest orders and payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations.
• Assist with meal preparation for banquets or special events as needed.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and cooking methods is beneficial.
• Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are important for interacting with guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
