<Duties>

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Set up breakfast stations, replenish supplies, and maintain cleanliness throughout service hours
• Assist with food preparation, including slicing, chopping, and assembling ingredients using proper knife skills and food handling techniques
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately
• Buss tables, clear dishes, and assist with general cleaning to uphold health and safety standards
• Provide friendly guest service by greeting visitors warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating dietary needs
• Support catering or banquet functions as needed, delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced environments

<Experience>

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/hostess, server, or catering assistant preferred
• Kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, or culinary skills is highly valued
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing
• Experience with food safety protocols and dietary accommodations ensures guest well-being
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members in a dynamic setting
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage phone etiquette professionally
• Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations can be an advantage for seamless guest interactions
