Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain breakfast buffet items with enthusiasm, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Set up breakfast stations, including arranging food displays, utensils, and condiments for optimal guest convenience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist guests with menu inquiries, dietary restrictions, and special requests using excellent communication skills.
• Manage food handling procedures, including proper storage, portioning, and replenishment of breakfast items.
• Buss tables, clear dishes, and ensure the breakfast area remains tidy throughout service hours.
• Uphold high standards of guest service by demonstrating hospitality skills like phone etiquette and guest relations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth meal preparation, timely service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Experience
Experience with kitchen tasks is not needed. We will train. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for customer service and hospitality while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
