<Responsibilities>

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Set up breakfast buffet stations, replenish food and beverages promptly, and maintain attractive displays
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and portioning to support kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, buffet stations, and kitchen surfaces in accordance with food safety standards
• Buss tables, clear dishes, and assist guests with their needs to promote guest satisfaction
• Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately
• Support catering or banquet setups when required, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of breakfast services

<Qualifications>

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper sanitation practices
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with kitchen tools such as knives or meat cutting is a plus; culinary or culinary assistant experience is advantageous
• Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is beneficial for order processing tasks
• A background in hotel or restaurant settings, including serving or host/hostess roles, will support your success in this position
