The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and has a minimum of three years of direct site experience. This role involves overseeing a variety of construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to project specifications. The Civil Engineer will manage a team of eight professionals, coordinating efforts to achieve deadlines and maintain quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
