Team Lead – Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Team Lead – Mechanical Engineer to oversee design, engineering, and project execution activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mechanical design, team management, and handling RFQs, along with expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of mechanical engineers and draftsmen
• Prepare, review, and manage RFQs and technical documentation
• Ensure timely completion of projects as per client requirements
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and clients
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with standards
• Provide technical support and training to team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5–7+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SolidWorks
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Experience with international clients
• Knowledge of ASTM standards and fabrication processes
