Job Description

Keyway Solutions LLP is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical design and steel detailing projects, with strong proficiency in Autodesk Inventor .

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Autodesk Inventor
• Strong experience in 3D modeling, assemblies, and 2D technical drawings, including dimensioning and tolerancing
• Knowledge of steel detailing, manufacturing methods, and design for manufacturing (DFM)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to learn quickly
• Self-organized with leadership potential
• Effective communication skills for team and client interaction
• Must be based in Lahore
• Full-time, onsite role

• Must submit a portfolio in a single PDF file showcasing steel detailing projects completed using Autodesk Inventor

Hiring Process & Contractual Terms

• Two rounds of online interviews, followed by an onsite test and 5 day paid trial period
• A 2-year contractual commitment is mandatory
• Submission of original Bachelor’s degree as a security deposit upon joining (returned upon completion of contractual obligations)

BenefitsCompensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 (paid in the first week of each month)
• Paid leaves (annual, sick, and casual)
• Annual increment of 10%
• Note: No additional benefits are currently provided

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
